Legal
Privacy Policy.
Last updated: June 30, 2026. This policy explains how Pixelense, a Pakistan-based creative studio serving clients worldwide, handles personal information submitted through this website.
Pixelense never receives complete card numbers. Digital product checkout is processed by Polar as Merchant of Record, and payment-card handling stays with Polar and its payment partners.
Information we collect
When you submit a project brief, we collect the information you provide, including your name, work email, website, store, or social URL, business type, project type, target channel, target date, budget range, reference links, and message.
When you buy a digital product through Polar, Polar may process checkout identity, email, billing details, payment method information, invoice or receipt data, tax information, customer records, and download-access data. Pixelense may receive limited order/customer details needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and license enforcement, but not complete payment-card details.
Our server also receives standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include your IP address, browser request information, and submission timing. IP addresses are used for short-term rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Analytics and local storage
Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” When enabled, it may process page views, device and browser information, approximate location, referral information, and interactions such as project-form starts or WhatsApp clicks. You can change your choice at any time using “Manage cookie preferences” in the footer.
We use local storage to remember your analytics choice and first-touch campaign information such as UTM parameters, landing page, and referrer. Session storage is used briefly after a successful project submission so the thank-you page can record a qualified inquiry when analytics consent has been granted.
How we use information
- To review and respond to project inquiries and prepare proposals.
- To support digital product customers and enforce digital product licenses.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- To understand website performance when you have consented to analytics.
- To meet legal, accounting, or contractual obligations when applicable.
Services that may process information
Website files and form handling are hosted through our hosting provider. Project briefs are delivered to Pixelense by email. Polar processes digital product checkout, payment, tax, invoice, customer, and download-access data as Merchant of Record, using payment partners such as Stripe where applicable. Google Analytics processes optional analytics data after consent. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Pinterest, those services process your activity under their own privacy policies.
Retention and international processing
Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active client relationship, and satisfy legal requirements. Our operational default is to review and remove inactive inquiry records after 24 months unless a longer period is needed for a contract, dispute, or legal obligation.
Because Pixelense works internationally and uses global service providers, information may be processed outside your country. We use providers and contractual arrangements intended to protect information appropriately.
Your choices and rights
You may decline optional analytics. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information we hold about you.
To make a privacy request, email contact@pixelense.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when our website, service providers, or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the current version.
