Ecommerce Product Image Checker

Check a product image's dimensions, file size, aspect ratio, format and likely border quality before you build listing, storefront or campaign variants.

Your image stays in your browser. Pixelense does not upload the file.
Technical preflight, not marketplace certification.

Channel rules change. Use this result to catch common image-production issues, then verify the current requirements for the marketplace where you publish.

01 / Analyze

Drop in one product image.

Nothing leaves this browser when you run the check.

02 / Verify the channel

Use the current guide for where you sell.

The checker intentionally avoids pretending one rule fits every platform. Open the relevant Pixelense guide before exporting the final image set.

What the result actually means

A better source file gives you more room to create.

Resolution affects how much you can crop, resize and repurpose before the image starts looking soft. The checker rewards larger source dimensions without claiming a universal marketplace minimum.

Aspect ratio is treated as a flexibility signal. Square-ish source images are easier to adapt across product cards, galleries and social placements, while extreme crops are better kept as secondary creative variants.

Border quality is estimated from the outer edge of the image after a small local Canvas analysis. A bright, consistent edge can indicate a clean background, but this tool cannot certify that a marketplace's exact background rule is satisfied.

File size and format help distinguish an editing master from a sensible delivery file. Keep high-quality originals, then export channel-specific JPEG, PNG or WebP copies as needed.

FAQ

Before you rely on the score.

Does Pixelense receive my uploaded image?

No. The file is decoded and sampled in your browser. The checker does not send the image to a Pixelense server or third-party image API.

Does a high score mean Amazon, Etsy or another marketplace will accept the image?

No. The score is a general technical preflight. Marketplace rules differ and change, so verify the current requirements using the channel guides above.

Can this checker confirm a pure white background?

No. It samples the image border for brightness and consistency. That can flag a likely clean/light edge, but it is not a pixel-perfect certification of a marketplace background specification.
